I’m Thea, mainly focused on the protective patterns we often mistake for who we are - through the lens of neuroscience, evolutionary psychology, personal development, and spirituality.
I previously worked in media tech, digital marketing, writing, and digital creation, before getting certified as a meditation teacher and coach. I also produce and sell meditation music for other creators. (I guess I'm what one would call a multi passionate).

En midtlivskrise eller identitetskrise er noe ganske annet enn det folk flest antar.
Det handler ikke om å “miste seg selv”. Det handler om at du ikke lenger klarer å holde oppe de ubevisste kravene, rollene og pliktene du har levd etter i årevis. Det som fungerte før, fungerer ikke lenger. Og kroppen og psyken sier ifra.Carl Jung beskrev dette som overgangen der den ytre identiteten; den du ble til gjennom oppdragelse, normer og forventninger, begynner å slå sprekker. Moderne psykologi sier det samme: vi styres lenge av ubevisste kontrakter. Regler som ble formet tidlig i livet, oftest uten at vi ser det.Slike ubevisste kontrakter kan være:

Jeg er spesielt opptatt av hvordan ubevisste antagelser, følelser og nevrobiologi former oss, og hvordan vi kan faktisk kan skape endring så vi kan bli den vi var ment til, fremfor det vi ble programmert til å bli.
